General Information
The information given in this brochure is as accurate as we can make it. Our brochure descriptions are of amenities normally available. However, circumstances can change due to events beyond our control. Major road works may necessitate route changes. Indian restaurants may close or change management.
All of these may cause us to change our programmed. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot.
We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting air the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in the running of them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.
Terms & Conditions
- There is no contract between us and the passenger until we have received the initial deposit required to register on the tour. The initial deposit just ensures a seat or participation on the tour but does not entitle any services such as air, train tickets, hotel accommodation until the full payment has been received. If the balance payment is not made as required then we hold the right to cancel the booking or the registration and reserve the right to forfeit the initial deposit and claim the cancellation charges from the passenger as per the specifications provided for each tour.
- We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or promoted by us.
- The tour price as on the departure date may differ from the price printed on the tour brochure as the price calculated is at the rate prevailing at the time of the printing of the brochure. Travel Initiatives, reserves the right to amend the prices published in the tour brochure in case of airfare train fare increase or increase of rates by supplier. All such increase in price must be paid in full before departure.
- RATES - All rates, unless otherwise stated, are per person on twin share basis in currency as per the quotation or as mentioned on the rate sheet and Rate of exchange on the date of final payments.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change in flight timings will he at the cost of the passenger and we will not be liable or responsible for any such expenses.
- Passengers will be liable to pay cancellation charges/transfer charges as mentioned in the tour brochure if due to any reason they want to cancel or transfer from one departure date to another. All cancellation charges will be further subject to consideration of those engaged in arranging the tour.
- The itinerary is subject to change/an Iteration before or during the tour without notice. We will not accede to any claims for damage or loss arising due to this alteration or change in itinerary.
- Travel timings are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time at Operation of tour
- We will not be able to take on any liability or responsibility arising due to change in schedule of airlines and hotels, over booking or defaults, weather conditions, local strikes, war, quarantine or other causes all such losses will have to be borne by the passengers.
- We in no circumstances will be liable for any loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passport, cash, traveler’s cheques or any other travel document or item owned by the passenger while on tour, howsoever caused.
- We will not be liable for any claims for loss of important travel documents such as passport, air tickets or any other document handed over to Travel Initiatives. at any of their offices or general sales agents, due to any reason such as thefts, fire, floods or human error.
- We will not be responsible or liable for any additional expenses or any type of loss incurred due to non -availability of visa, error in dates of visa granted, or non availability of air seat confirmation.
- No refund is permissible an partially unutilized air tickets or ground arrangements.
- All passengers must travel together throughout the tour programme in order to avail of the tour price. If any passenger wishes to deviate from the tour itinerary, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement, which may affect the passenger’s tour price.
- All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations, subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India.
IMPORTANT
Each and every party/or passenger (hereinafter called Client), shall deal with TRAVEL INITIATIVES on an express and specific condition and understanding that notwithstanding any clause, provision, custom or usage, TRAVEL INITIATIVES. Shall not be liable to in any manner whatsoever in connection with the documentation, baggage, registration, reservation, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality. The Client dealing with TRAVEL INITIATIVES shall be bound by this specific understanding and shall not bring, make or raise any action, demand or claim against TRAVEL INITIATIVES and/or its employees, Directors and shall also indemnify TRAVEL INITIATIVES, if any claim is made or action is brought by any party claiming through the client against it because of his dealing with TRAVEL INITIATIVES and shall always keep TRAVEL INITIATIVES and or its employees fully indemnified against any claims howsoever caused.
No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond 30 days of end of our services and beyond 7 days at the end of package tour services. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in the TRAVEL INITIATIVES websites / communiqués is correct at the time of going to press / being published, TRAVEL INITIATIVES. Reserves the right to vary, amend, cancel, withdraw, and change the operator, services.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS
In the event of any cancellation, the deposit amount paid shall stand for forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the terms and conditions on the relevant products. All refunds will be payable in Rupees. If your visa is not granted by the issuing authorities, the applicable cancellation fees will be payable. The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
Amendments
All bookings once confirmed by you are not amendable. Transfer from one tour / service to another will be treated as cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges will apply and a fresh booking will have to be made.
FORCE MAJEURE
TRAVEL INITIATIVES shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage caused to Client due to reasons beyond the control of TRAVEL INITIATIVES (force majeure / Vis majeure) no liability on the part of TRAVEL INITIATIVES arising in any way out of this contract, in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever
ALL THE TERMS & CONDITION ,BOOKING AND PAYMENTS PROCEDURES ,CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY AND SPECIAL NOTES GIVEN HERE ARE IN ADDITION TO THE BOOKING AND PAYMENTS PROCEDURES, CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY AND SPECIAL NOTES GIVEN WITH THE PARTICULAR BOOKING ON AD-HOC BASIS.
GENERAL BOOKING PROCEDURES
- To confirm your booking you would have to pay a minimum non refundable booking deposit of 10% of the tour or package. The said deposit would be adjusted against the final cost of the tour or package, The cheques or Demand Drafts are to be drawn in favor of Crowd Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. payable in Delhi. The payments in the form of cheques would be subject to realization and only after realization, further action would be taken.
On receipt of your initial deposit we would confirm the arrangements through our chain of suppliers and it would depend totally upon availability of the services at that time. We do not take any responsibility of any availability committed to you prior to the confirmation of the booking or services. - After filling TRAVEL INITIATIVES Order Booking Form (which is compulsory) the counter staff collects the amount against the package, verifies the details of the passenger and issues duly filled and endorsed Hotel Vouchers and Tickets for the required package.
BALANCE PAYMENTS:
- The balance payments if any, should reach us as per booking and payment procedures. Handed over to you.
- The travel documents would be prepared only after the full and final payment is received.
